Flexiscreen benefits
A suspended, modular panel system, Flexiscreen hangs from the building’s existing steelwork, with no additional framework or scaffold required. Its unique v-overlap panel connection creates a weather and dust-tight seal at any height and length, keeping live operations protected while work continues around them.
Quick installation and minimal disruption
Flexiscreen hangs from the building’s existing steelwork, minimizing disruption to production and construction schedules.
Control temperature and humidity
Quickly and easily divide large spaces into different temperature and humidity areas for different production processes and effective product storage.
Achieve ISO 7 cleanroom standard
Enable active works adjacent to clean live areas.
Any height and length
Flexiscreen installs to any height and length (subject to survey), making it suitable for tall industrial buildings and large construction sites.
Weather and dust protection
The v-overlap panel connection offers over 99% air- and dust-tight seal – achieving guaranteed protection.
Reusable and relocatable
Flexiscreen can be relocated as project needs change, reducing waste and offering a cost-effective alternative to traditional systems.
Weather protection and dust containment for live environments
Flexiscreen® shields open buildings and live environments from weather, dust and temperature change while construction or refurbishment continues.
Flexiscreen® is Westgate Global’s engineered temporary building screen for weather protection and dust control. The suspended, modular system shields open structures from inclement weather, regulates temperature, reduces noise and prevents dust migrating to adjacent live or clean areas, keeping operations running while construction or refurbishment continues.
Panels are suspended from the building’s existing steelwork using clips and s-hooks, with no additional supporting framework or scaffold required. They join using a unique v-overlap system and are tensioned and secured to the floor using battens. This creates an over 99% weather and dust-tight seal around ducts, pipes, steelwork and at ceiling level, meeting ISO Class 7 cleanroom standard where required.
Flexiscreen can be installed to any height and length (subject to survey) and can be configured at an angle to accommodate unusual structures. It incorporates roll-up sections for equipment or vehicle access, and additional access points can be added as requirements evolve. A modular hard base can be installed in the bottom section with the screen above. The system is available for both internal and external applications.
Flexiscreen can be specified to meet the exact demands of your environment. A wide range of reinforced, lightweight materials is available, including fire-resistant, antimicrobial (for sensitive areas adhering to FDA standards) and translucent. Wind load calculations and structural design support are available for projects in exposed locations. Panels can be relocated, reconfigured and extended across project phases, offering a durable, cost-effective alternative to scaffold sheeting.
Flexiscreen delivers proven protection for new-build construction, industrial extensions, live manufacturing environments, and equipment installation projects.
- Weather protection for new build construction and extension projects
- Live manufacturing/warehouse environments during equipment installation and refurbishment
- Dust and contamination control adjacent to clean or sensitive production areas
- Temperature regulation and noise reduction during construction or extension projects
- Internal and external separation of active from protected areas on high-risk or mission-critical sites

What are the lead times for a Flexiscreen installation?
Due to the customised nature of our Flexiscreen solution, and the choice of seal options, lead times will vary depending on project requirements and location. As we manage all element of each project from initial contact through specification to installation, we can provide an approximate lead time at point of enquiry.
How do I establish if my building structure can support your system?
We undertake a site survey supported by a full design support and system specific calculations that will establish this.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured and quality controlled to our specific standards in the UK and Europe.
How do I overcome wind load requirements?
We evaluate site specific wind load requirements as part of the design process. Where high wind loads are an issue, additional features (e.g. wind load straps) can be built in to the design. The ideal Flexiscreen seal types for wind load required projects are our our v-overlap and zip panel connection methods.
Does the system have to be battened to the floor?
No, we can provide a number of fixing options for your building screen and weather protection screen solution. We can discuss the best option as part of the order process.
