Fastwall® is Westgate Global’s seamless, hygienic mobile segregation screen for food production environments. Connect multiple screens to quickly create a continuous line of protection against cross-contamination, allergens and overspray.
The system is suitable for companies adhering to BRCGS, including food safety compliance and overspray containment during washdown processes. The cover is manufactured from antimicrobial PVC-coated polyester with no stitching. The stainless steel frame is seamlessly welded, with no food or water traps, preventing ingress of wet and dry products. Screens are heat-resistant up to 70°C and flame-retardant to BS 5867 Part 2: 1980.
Screens connect using a push-and-go mechanism with a magnetic seam, allowing them to be joined in seconds without tools, nuts or bolts. Configure around equipment and personnel, up to 300 degrees of travel. Move single screens or a connected run with ease. When not in use, screens nest together or break down quickly for compact storage.
Available in standard screen sizes from 1m(w) x 2m(h) up to 3m(w) x 2.6m(h), in four colours: red, yellow, blue and green. Graphics can be added, and vision panels can be incorporated for line-of-sight or health-and-safety purposes. The 500mm T-bar base plate provides stability across uneven surfaces, and a 90mm floor clearance accommodates standard production floor conditions.
